  • Will my information be safe?
    Yes. We use only safe and secure technology on our site to process orders and billing information. Credit/debit card orders are processed through Paypal and do not require an account with Paypal.
  • When will my order ship?
    Most of our products ship within 48 hours. Our custom diaper cakes and onesies may require an additional 2-3 days.
  • How will I know the status of my order?
    You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.
  • Can I rush an order or overnight a package?
    Yes. We have a rush order/shipping option on our checkout page for an additional charge. Rushing an order places your item(s) first in front of other orders and ships out a faster method.

    We also feature an additional option for Express Overnight for an additional fee. The Express Overnight fee includes the rush order option. Express Overnight orders placed before Noon (Central Time) are shipped out the same day (business day) and would be received the next day. Orders placed after Noon (Central Time) will be shipped the following business day and therefore would take an additional day to reach you.
  • Can I ship overseas?
    Not at this time.
  • How is my item shipped?
    There is free shipping on all items shipped to the US. Orders are shipped by USPS or UPS.
  • Do you ship to Canada?
    Yes. We ship to Canada. Please note there is a $20 US fee for all international orders to cover higher shipping costs, this is in addition to any other shipping fees.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept checks, money orders, Visa & Mastercard (credit/debit cards), and Paypal. You are not required to have an account with Paypal to pay by that method. If you prefer not to have your debit/credit card processed through Paypal, you may fax that information to us. Please check the contact us page for the fax number.
  • Can I Order via Mail?
    Yes. Orders received in the mail are shipped as soon as your payment clears. Make sure to include an email address so I can notify you when I receive payment as well as let you know when your items ship.
  • Can I Order via Fax?
    Yes, orders can be placed using the fax order form. Orders received via fax are shipped as soon as your payment clears. Make sure to include an email address so I can notify you when I receive payment as well as let you know when your items ship.
  • Can you custom make a diaper cake for me?
    Yes. We make diaper cakes to your specifications and theme. If you need something specific, email Sales@DiaperDelites.com
  • Privacy Policy
    We do not sell, rent, loan or distribute any information regarding our customers to a third party. We respect each and every client's privacy.
  • Sales Tax
    Texas orders are charged 8.25% sales tax. All other orders are exempt from sales tax.
  • Returns
    No returns, however please notify Sales@DiaperDelites.com if any product arrives damaged.
  • Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
    You cannot cancel your submitted order through our website. Please send an email to Sales@DiaperDelites.com. Be sure to include your name and item purchased in the email. We will only be able to cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped.
